FAQ
How can a university start working on Masterplace?
Register on the platform, create an institution profile, upload training programs or connect existing ones. Our team will help you at all stages of the launch.
Is it possible to transfer ready-made courses to the platform?
Yes, you can upload existing programs and adapt them to the Masterplace format. We support the main content formats and help with the transfer.
Do you help with the launch of the platform within the university?
Yes, we offer technical support, assistance with team adaptation and training, and support with implementation at the faculty level.
How does the payment system work?
Payments from students are processed by Masterplace, and payments to the university are made through a transparent reporting system.
How are roles distributed within the university team?
You can appoint administrators, curators, teachers, distribute them among faculties and set up access to content. We have a flexible system of roles and rights.
Does the platform support copyrights?
Yes, you can restrict access to courses only for your students or publish them openly. All materials are protected.
How do I register for a live course or a webinar?
To sign up, you just need to make an account on Masterplace, pick the dates and wait for your request to be approved by the master. If your request gets rejected, your payment will be refunded.
How will the lesson go? Do I need to install anything or prepare any materials?
A couple of minutes before the session, you will get a notification by email and in the chat. From there, you can join the session call. No need to install anything, Masterplace works right in your browser. All lesson materials are provided by the master, and if there are any requirements, the master lists them in the lesson info.
Can I contact the master before signing up?
Yes, you can message any master at any time from their profile page. After you’re approved for the live course, consultation or a webinar, you’ll automatically join the group chat with the master and other students. Same thing with consultations — you get a personal chat with the master where you can discuss details and anything else you might need.
Can I access the recordings of the sessions? What happens if I skip a live course chapter?
We record all your live courses, consultation sessions and webinars, including the ones you did not attend. You can view them at the Overview page.
